Let me introduce our WMP VR-R Plus fiberglass facing: It is a rugged, excellent-performing insulation facing that features solid vapor retardance. More specifically, its impressive vapor permeability rating is 0.02 perms. In other words, it is fully capable of keeping your structure dry!

Now, let’s take a look at what it’s made of: a strong and durable white polypropylene film, reinforced with a tri-directional fiberglass/polyester scrim and a metallized polyester backing. There isn’t much that is going to penetrate this WMP-VR-R Fiberglass facing: It has 130–150 pounds per inch in tensile strength and 45–60 pounds per inch in puncture resistance. The metallized polyester backing helps reflect radiant heat for better thermal performance.

The WMP-VR-R fiberglass facing has a rated Class A-1 for fire safety. Additionally, the facing’s brightness, due to its high light reflectivity, enhances visibility and reduces energy costs.
